Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our per diem team serving Hampton Roads. Earn $37-$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay options and flexible scheduling.

Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD. Local applicants preferred; we are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements; no weight restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
