Job summary
First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads.
Active LPN license, current BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of facility-based experience are required. We offer $37–$39/hour, weekly pay, same-day/next-day pay options, and flexible scheduling with full-time hours available. Per diem positions include support from local staffing coordinators and opportunities for rapid onboarding.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- PPD within the last year.
- Ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Collect and document patient information.
- Provide wound care and patient education.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
