Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Earn $37–$39/hour with per diem flexibility, same-day or next-day pay options, and a potential hiring bonus after two shifts.

Local applicants preferred and positions offer per diem schedules with supportive coordinators. Candidates must hold an active LPN license, have at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR certification; a PPD

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD (tuberculosis test) within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
