Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads.

Earn $37-$39/hour, per diem with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay, and enjoy weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and local staffing coordinators from 5 AM to 11:30 PM. Local applicants only.

Active LPN license, minimum 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a PPD in the last year are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
