Mesilla Valley Transportation in Hutchins, TX is hiring for Dispatchers on Extended Coverage teams. You will support drivers during night shifts, coordinate routing, and communicate with customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of Freight Dispatching experience (preferred).
• Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to drivers during extended coverage shifts, using available resources and critical thinking to solve escalated issues.
• Accurate data entry into company computer systems.

*** We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible workweek which would include night and weekend coverage. ***

Shifts Available:

• ECT Night Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday 5:30pm-5:30am; Wednesday 5:30pm-12:00 am (midnight)
