Estes-Express-Lines is seeking a safety‑minded driver to operate a Class B CDL straight truck and transport freight in compliance with FMCSA regulations. The role requires pre/post-trip inspections, accurate logging, and adherence to safety standards on all routes and terrain.

The position involves loading/unloading freight at customer sites, maintaining equipment, and providing professional service to customers. A valid CDL, driving experience, and proximity to the service center are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age for interstate runs (1 year driving experience).
• Must possess a valid Class B or Class A CDL.
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center/work assignment.
• Hazmat endorsement recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of equipment to perform safety functions.
• Safely operate a Class B CDL Straight Truck transporting freight.
• Maintain FMCSA-compliant records and logs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer.
• Unload/load freight at customer sites as required.
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers and the public.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
