Job summary

Frontier Internet is seeking a Local Manager to lead operations, customer and community relations, and drive performance to exceed market growth targets. You will manage a P&L, promote products, and collaborate with HR to enforce policies while ensuring safety and high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes employee development, cross-functional collaboration, and active engagement in local market activities to represent Frontier positively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CCNA, PMP or CWNP a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meets service activation and repair commitment dates and budgets; promotes company products.
• Manages a P&L budget to meet revenue goals and expense targets.
• Provides feedback, training, and motivates the team to exceed goals.
• Partners with HR to enforce practices and labor agreements fairly and timely.
• Maintains a safe work environment with regular safety meetings and compliance.
