Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Driver non-CDL to deliver pre-ordered products to assigned accounts on designated routes. You will operate on a Monday–Friday schedule from 4am to 2pm, ensuring on-time deliveries and proper merchandising.

The role requires at least a year of experience, a valid driver’s license (state-specific), and the ability to obtain PIT certification if needed. Pre-employment background check and DOT compliance are part of the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Driver’s license required; class varies by state (Missouri Class E, Illinois Class C, Iowa/Kansas Class C).

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route and merchandises per standards.
• Generates invoices and collects money, settles accounts daily.
• Provides excellent customer service and follows up to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates with other departments to build customer relationships.
