Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Driver non-CDL to deliver pre-ordered products to assigned accounts on defined routes in Illinois and surrounding states. This role requires a valid driver's license, a clean MVR, and the ability to lift and move full cases as needed.

Responsibilities include delivering products, stocking and rotating merchandise, generating invoices, collecting payments, and maintaining excellent customer service while complying with DOT regulations and company

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of one year of work experience.
Local delivery experience preferred.
Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Driver’s license by state: Missouri Class E; Illinois Class C (or Class C permit before starting).
Illinois/Iowa/Kansas/Missouri license requirements.
Clean driving record within MVR guidelines.
Prior experience using powered pallet jack preferred; PIT certification required after hire.

Responsibilities

Delivers products to customers on assigned route; merchandises and rotates products per standards.
Creates customer invoices, collects money due, and settles accounts daily.
Provides excellent customer service and follows up to meet expectations.
Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Collaborates with other departments to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
