Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company Drivers deliver pre-ordered products to assigned accounts on a defined route, supporting accurate invoicing and timely payments while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires a minimum of one year of delivery experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with valid state licenses as specified and a clean driving record. Physical duties and DOT compliance are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Missouri: Class E license; Illinois: Class C license or permit; Iowa and Kansas: Class C license.
• Clean driving record within MVR guidelines.
• Prior experience using powered pallet jack and PIT certification obtainable upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route and rotates stock.
• Uses computer system to generate invoices, collect payments, and settle customer accounts daily.
• Provides excellent customer service and resolves issues with follow-up.
• Ensures DOT and company policy compliance.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
