Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Driver non-CDL to deliver pre-ordered products on assigned routes and support customer service across our Illinois routes. The role emphasizes safe driving, accurate invoicing, and regular interaction with accounts while maintaining company standards.

The position requires a valid state driver's license, 1+ year of driving/Delivery experience, and ability to obtain PIT certification if needed; pay starts at market-typical hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Driver's license required by state (Missouri Class E; Illinois Class C or Class C permit during pre-employment; Iowa and Kansas Class C).

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on assigned route. Merchandise, displays and rotates products according to company standards.
• Create customer invoices, collect money due, and settle all customer accounts daily.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues; follow up as needed.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
