Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring displays meet client standards and planograms are kept up to date. You will work independently in stores, build relationships with staff, and report findings through a mobile app.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement. The role offers a flexible local schedule, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match; virtual training and ongoing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and submit timely mobile reports.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.
• Physical ability to move in stores and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
