Footprint Solutions seeks a Part-Time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within the assigned area, ensuring displays meet client standards. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, updating planograms, and submitting reports via a mobile app.

The role offers travel between locations with pay starting at $15 per hour, plus travel time/mileage reimbursement, flexible local schedule, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations in assigned area to ensure displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
