Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards.

You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and report via a mobile app, building relationships with store personnel while working independently.

The role offers starting pay of $15 per hour, travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, flexible local hours, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate directly with District Manager while working independently in stores.
