Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service assigned retail locations, ensuring displays meet client standards. You will work independently, stocking shelves, updating planograms, and completing audits across multiple stores in your area.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement. The role offers a flexible local schedule, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match for eligible employees; no experience required as virtual

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to report via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores
