Job summary

Footprint Solutions is hiring a Merchandiser (Part-Time) to service retail locations within a defined area. You will ensure products and displays meet client standards, update planograms, complete audits, and assist with store resets while reporting via mobile devices.

This role offers a starting pay of $13.00 per hour, travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match. No experience required with virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
