Job summary

Bloomin' Brands, Inc. is seeking a Local Marketing Manager based in Tampa to lead DMA-level marketing initiatives that drive traffic and revenue. You will develop localized plans, manage campaigns, and build partnerships with local businesses and influencers.

In this role, you will coordinate with field management and corporate marketing to ensure brand integrity while delivering localized messaging and events. A strong track record in brand strategy and field marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is required.
• 25% local travel and 25% air travel required.
• 4+ years of brand strategy/marketing/field marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with a national restaurant chain or blue-chip food & beverage company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop localized marketing plans and DMA-level strategies based on market research and local demographics.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic, sales and guest loyalty at local restaurants.
• Build community relationships and organize local events, sponsorships and partnerships.
• Conduct market research and report insights on market conditions and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Joint Venture Partners and corporate marketing to ensure alignment and effective field communication.
• Maintain brand consistency and adapt messaging to resonate with local audiences.
• Manage local marketing budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure ROI.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign impact.
