Responsibilities

• Develops and sets local marketing strategies and oversees impactful regional campaigns to meet market needs.
• Identifies designated market area gaps and creates strategies to increase market share.
• Partnership & Sponsorship Development with local businesses, community orgs, and events to boost brand visibility.
• Serves as a brand ambassador by identifying and executing brand opportunities around units in the territory.
• Plans LSM for the assigned territory, aligning activities with corporate brand goals.
• Researches media opportunities (outdoor, sponsorships) and recommends engagements per territory.
• Owns an annual budget for the division and fulfillment responsibilities.
• Manages cross-functional teams to deploy marketing strategies and conducts post-mortems.
• Uses ROI methodologies to measure plan effectiveness and adjust strategies.
• Influences franchisee sales and profitability across MO&P and Delivery channels.
