Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Local Store Marketer (LSM) to drive local sales by building community relationships and guest loyalty. You’ll work closely with the Managing Partner and team to plan and deploy local promotions and events that raise awareness and guest counts across the neighborhood.

The role emphasizes creativity in marketing, network-building with local businesses, and collaboration with restaurant leadership. Competitive benefits and a weekly pay schedule are included.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managing Partner and management with creation, development, and implementation of local store marketing programs to build guest loyalty and increase guest counts and sales.
• Promote all Bubba’s 33 in-house promotions.
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other partners.
• Establish ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers and community groups.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events to position Bubba’s 33 as a community leader.
• Support public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
