Jobtailor is seeking a Training Support Specialist to work with Design Consultants in Raleigh, providing hands-on coaching during their initial weeks and ensuring accurate measurements and invoices. You will ride along with team members, deliver actionable feedback, and help teams adhere to processes while embodying core values.

Responsibilities

• Support new Design Consultants on ride-alongs five days a week during their first 3-4 weeks of selling.
• Provide specific and actionable feedback and coaching to new Design Consultants.
• Review training items and coach new Design Consultants on opportunities arising during appointments.
• Review client invoices to identify potential errors before production.
• Verify window measurement accuracy during ride-alongs.
• Provide the DSM with accurate, substantive, and timely written and verbal field feedback.
• Instill habits supporting time management, process adherence, and timely responses to inquiries.
• Research causes of Design Consultant errors and improve sales-error occurrence and first-time installation rates.
• Partner with installers to identify measuring-error causes and assist with measuring workshops.
• Present product updates in team meetings.
• Coordinate installer ride-alongs with new hires during training.

• 2-year college degree in a related discipline preferred
• 2 years of facilitated training experience preferred
• 3-5 years of retail or in-home sales support experience preferred
• Experience within the window treatment industry preferred
