Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Driver II to join the Long Beach, CA team. You will support the movement of materials within Southern California, ensuring on-time delivery to Rocket Lab sites and partners. This role may require forklift operation (certified) and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities include securing material, meeting production schedules, and maintaining accurate ERP-based traceability. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• "1+ years’ experience, with some experience also driving company owned vehicles."

Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and accountability of materials and goods to local partners within 120 miles.
• Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules and ship per sales/marketing schedules.
• Operate and manage loading/unloading, and assist with route deliveries to Rocket Lab sites.
• Lift heavy items and operate a forklift (if certified).
• Drive material between Rocket Lab warehouses and partners within Southern California.
• Maintain traceability of transported materials using ERP systems.
