Atomic Transport is seeking CDL A drivers for local, home-daily routes around the Apache Junction, AZ area. Earn $25/hour with a steady schedule, weekly pay, and overtime pay. Drive between transfer stations and landfills, perform DVIRs, and maintain a clean driving record. Requires 2 years of verifiable CDL A experience and successful screenings.

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle from transfer stations to landfills, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Navigate and position trailers on a tipper safely.
• Unhook trailer before tipping load.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections using DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
• Immediately report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to Operations and Safety Managers.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and company safety policies.

• Saturdays as needed.
• 2 to 3runs per day.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 years of recent verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Be able to work more than 10-hour shifts.
• Have a clean driving record with consistent employment.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
