You will manage budgets, ensure policy compliance with HR and labor agreements, and represent Frontier in local markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CCNA, PMP or CWNP a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meets service activation and repair commitment dates and manages budget objectives.
• Manages an P&L budget to meet revenue and expense targets.
• Provides feedback, training, and motivates team to exceed department goals.
• Partners with HR to ensure fair application of policies and labor agreements.
• Maintains a safe work environment with regular safety meetings and training.
• Represents Frontier in the community through active engagement.
• Collaborates with marketing to monitor local market competitiveness.
• Responds to issues identified on customer surveys.
