Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day facility operations across assigned locations, maintaining safe, efficient, and productive workplaces.
  • Manage office services, supplies, equipment, and inventory to support business continuity and employee needs.
  • Build partnerships with vendors, landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
  • Support building maintenance, workplace improvements, repairs, and service requests with internal and third-party providers.
  • Administer workplace security processes, including access management, badges, and coordinating with security providers.
  • Manage purchasing activities, invoice processing, vendor records, and facility-related documentation.
  • Partner with Station Managers, QSHE, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to support operational needs across multiple locations.
  • Contribute to emergency preparedness, safety programs, and facility compliance by coordinating responses and communications.
  • Support office projects (relocations, renovations, enhancements) and track milestones.
  • Serve as a reliable resource for employees, identifying solutions and maintaining clear communication across sites.

As a Local Facility Management Coordinator, you will play an essential role in ensuring our workplaces operate smoothly, safe, and efficiently across multiple assigned locations. Acting as a key connector between employees, Station Managers, vendors, and cross-functional partners, you will help create an environment where people can perform at their best while maintaining operational continuity and compliance.

This role combines facilities coordination, workplace operations, vendor management, security administration, and administrative support responsibilities. Success in this position requires strong organization, sound judgment, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will serve as a trusted partner who helps resolve workplace challenges, coordinate essential services, and support positive employee experiences across the business.

  • Support office projects, including relocations, renovations, and workplace enhancements, while tracking progress and ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Serve as a reliable resource for employees and stakeholders by identifying solutions, coordinating follow-up actions, and maintaining clear communication across multiple sites.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
