The Salvation Army Thrift Store is seeking a dedicated Donation Pickup & Delivery Driver to support local routes in Indianapolis, IN. You will transport donations, follow scheduled routes, and represent the organization with professionalism.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, donor interactions, and collaboration with dispatch. A high school diploma, two years of licensed driving experience, and DOT screening are required; a valid license and clean MVR are essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Two years licensed driving experience required.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT screen, drug test, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport donations and materials between destinations following scheduled routes.
• Provide courteous, representative service to donors and customers.
• Perform loading/unloading and assist in operations as needed.
• Maintain vehicle safety and comply with DOT/OSHA regulations.
• Use assigned apps and equipment, wear PPE as required.
