The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is hiring a Donation Pickup & Delivery Driver for local routes in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time role pays $20.00 per hour and includes on-the-job training, with 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.

You will drive a Salvation Army truck to pickups and deliveries, perform vehicle inspections, and uphold safety and DOT/OSHA guidelines. You will support donors with courteous service, use DSS programs and iPad apps, and assist with

• Must have valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections

Responsibilities

• Follow scheduled routing procedures and drive Salvation Army truck for pickups and deliveries
• Ensure safety and proper handling of all goods
• Perform daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain equipment
• Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and wear PPE as required
• Report safety or security concerns to supervisor
