Qualifications

• Prior dispatching, logistics, or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, Google Maps, or dispatch tools.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service experience with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily moving and cleaning crews across local service areas.
• Communicate job details, routes, and updates to drivers and field teams in real time.
• Serve as the primary contact between customers and crews on day-of logistics.
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to handle delays, cancellations, or last-minute bookings.
• Maintain dispatch logs, job records, and crew availability tracking.
