Linde Gas & Equipment is seeking a Local Delivery Driver (CDL A or B) in Green Bay, WI. The role involves delivering to customers, handling freight, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

Responsibilities include completing hazmat paperwork per DOT regulations, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and building strong customer relationships to meet company goals. Valid CDL with hazmat endorsement preferred or within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years driving experience or recent CDL training.
• 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in last 10 years.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day, handling freight and paperwork.
• Record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up items.
• Complete hazmat shipping paperwork per DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report repairs as needed.
• Build relationships with customers to meet business goals.

Local Delivery Driver (CDL A or B)

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops per day, touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping order papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.
• Build relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers to meet business and customer goals.
• Build knowledge on how Linde’s business operates to help the organization grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with proficiency in reading and writing in English.
• Two (2) years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from a Truck Driving School, with a valid Class A or B CDL.
• 21 years or older.
• Current hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain one within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two (2) years.
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last ten (10) years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
