Job summary

Maola Local Dairies in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a full-time Route Delivery Driver to safely deliver dairy products on established routes, stock and rotate inventory, and deliver excellent customer service. Requirements include a Class A or B CDL, a High School Diploma or GED, ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen, and the capacity to lift up to 55 lb.

This on-site role uses a handheld computer to manage orders and inventory.

Qualifications

• Possess a Class A or Class B CDL.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and physical abilities test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dairy products safely and on time to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer retention and grow sales.
• Stock, rotate, and remove out-of-date or unsellable product.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked display area for each customer.
• Use a handheld computer to order products and track inventory daily.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policies, including pre/post-trip inspections.
