Additional Details RN MICU

Medical ICU with patient population including Sepsis, Pneumonia/Respiratory Failure, CRRT, Multiorgan System Failure, DKA, Post-cardiac Arrest, Target Temperature Management, Massive Transfusion, GI bleed, Stroke, Overdose, Maternal Health/Obstetrics Complications.

Patient Ratios: 1:2

Department specifics include 40 beds, closed unit, 24/7 coverage by ICU physicians, multidisciplinary rounds, shared governance, and participation in quality initiatives. BLS/ACLS required. 16-week Residency and 1-year Transition to Practice Program.

Open Shifts: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am Nights

Registered Nurse Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• RN license with minimum 1 year ICU experience
• BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
