Qualified candidates will hold an active Colorado CNA certification, have completed an approved training program, and demonstrate strong communication and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado CNA certification or eligibility.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program and competency requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend.
• Must live within one hour of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Measure and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation while following safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and safety.
• Follow infection control procedures and facility policies.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide quality resident-centered care.
