Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove, MO is seeking a Contract LPN/RN for an 8-week local contract in a skilled nursing setting. Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) licensed to practice in Missouri.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments and document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care, including medications, wound care, and vitals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain resident records, progress notes, and MARs.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care.
