Calqulate Metrics Ltd is looking for a Snapshot Project Superintendent in Nashville to oversee commercial construction projects from ground-up to TI. You will coordinate scheduling, safety, and subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with plans and client expectations.

The role requires strong on-site leadership with 5+ years of experience and the ability to manage budgets and timelines across diverse project types in the Nashville area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with on-site supervision of commercial construction.
• Ground-up commercial experience preferred for projects $1-3 Million.
• Tenant Improvement and Interiors experience required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation preferred; truck provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct the workflow of ongoing projects in line with schedule and budget.
• Communicate project priorities to subcontractors.
• Identify and solve issues to maintain schedules.
• Ensure workmanship conforms to plans and specs.
• Create and manage job schedules.
• Supervise final punch out.
• Read and interpret building plans.
• Maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Promote and implement job site safety.
• Travel within region as needed.
• Handle projects ranging from TI to ground-up.
