Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to coordinate Nashville jobsite operations and supervise field personnel to complete projects on time and within budget while upholding a safe work environment.

Essential responsibilities include directing workflow, communicating priorities to subs, solving scheduling issues, and ensuring quality workmanship. Projects vary from tenant improvements to ground-up retail and medical office spaces with limited travel.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with on-site supervision of commercial construction.
• Ground-up commercial experience for projects of $1-3 Million is preferred.
• Tenant Improvement and Interiors experience required.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the workflow of ongoing projects in line with the project schedule and budget.
• Communicate project priorities to subcontractors.
• Identify and solve issues to maintain the project schedule.
• Ensure quality workmanship conforms to plans and specs.
• Create and manage job schedules and supervise final punch-out.
• Read and interpret building plans and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Promote and implement job site safety.
• Position may require regional travel as needed.
• Work on projects ranging from TI ($500k-1M) to ground-up ($1-15M).
