Job summary

RRC Solutions Group seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to coordinate Nashville jobsite operations and supervise all field personnel to complete projects on time and within budget. The role emphasizes safety and strong stakeholder communication.

Based in South Nashville, you will manage a mix of ground-up and TI projects, with a heavy emphasis on local, non-travel work and a lucrative per-project bonus program. DOE up to $90k base, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with on-site supervision of commercial construction.
• Ground-up commercial experience preferred for projects of $1-3 Million.
• Tenant Improvement and Interiors experience required or preferred.
• College degree may be preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation preferred (truck provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Direct the workflow of ongoing projects to align with schedule and budget.
• Communicate project priorities to subcontractors.
• Identify and solve problems to maintain the project schedule.
• Ensure quality workmanship conforms to plans and specs.
• Create and manage job schedules.
• Supervise final punch-out activities.
• Read and interpret building plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Promote and enforce job site safety.
• Position may require travel within the region; manage various project types.
