Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN seeks a local CDL Class B P&D city driver to join our service center. You will perform pickup and delivery duties across intra- and inter-state routes, with loading/unloading and dispatch coordination as part of daily operations.

The role requires a valid Class B CDL, Hazmat/Tanker endorsements, DOT medical, and minimum one year of Class B experience. We offer competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package consistent with our fleet

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B required.
• DOT physical required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Minimum 1 year of Class B driving experience.
• Driving record with no more than two moving violations in 3 years.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial straight truck safely per regulations and company policy.
• Meet DOT medical standards and maintain Medical Certificate.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report defects.
• Record ELD, VIR, trip, and dispatch information using company IT systems.
• Secure cargo to prevent damage during transport.
• Load and unload freight as required.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and adhere to schedules.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
