Job summary

XPO, Inc. is hiring a Class B Driver to operate straight trucks, load and unload freight, and provide excellent service to customers.

This role requires a valid Class B CDL, safe driving history, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including day and night shifts. The position offers health insurance from day one, life and disability coverage, paid time off, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Class B CDL without air brake restriction.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no prior positives or refusals.
• Pass a company-paid DOT physical and pre-hire test (essential functions).
• Availability to work up to 12–14 hours per day, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Can obtain Federal Medical Certificate and self-certify Non-Exempt Interstate.
• Hazardous materials and tank endorsements within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a straight truck (26,001 lb. GVWR or more).
• Provide excellent customer service, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
• Operate a straight truck per state regulations for intrastate operations.
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack for loading and unloading freight.
