Job summary

XPO is hiring a Truck Driver to operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles/triples, and to deliver outstanding service to customers. This role includes loading/unloading freight and working a flexible schedule with day, night, and weekend shifts.

Starting pay for experienced drivers is $36.30/hour with full health, life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match and education assistance. This is an exempt position.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL A).
• Safe driving record and history.
• Willing to obtain HazMat, Tank Vehicle and Doubles/Triples endorsements within 90 days.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass company DOT physical.
• Flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours/day including day, night, weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
