Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver – Home Daily with a CDL A to join our team in the United States. You will operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles/triples, and provide excellent service to our customers, while maintaining a safe driving record.

The role offers a Day Shift (9:00–18:00), full health insurance from day one, life and disability coverage, PTO up to 13 days in the first year, 9 paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• At least 21 years old.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Willing to obtain hazmat, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests/refusals in 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Available to work a flexible schedule up to 12-14 hours a day, including day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor‑trailer, including doubles/triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
