Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver equipment to customers in a safe, timely and courteous manner. You will be home every night as a local driver and serve as a company ambassador with strong customer service.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining logs, performing pre-trip inspections, and identifying additional equipment needs for customers. This role emphasizes safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• CDL-A is required and must have acceptable driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Focus on safety and adherence to procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate construction equipment, such as semi-trucks and trailers (CDL-A).
• Adhere to safety requirements and FMCSR regulations.
• Maintain driver's logs and complete pre-trip inspections.
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies customers may need.
• Other duties as assigned.
