Saia LTL Freight in Greer, SC, is seeking a professional tractor-trailer driver to move freight between company terminals and customer facilities. You will load and unload, plan routes, and ensure on-time deliveries with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualified candidates will hold a valid Class A CDL with hazmat, tanker, and twin trailer endorsements, plus at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL with hazmat, tanker and twin trailer endorsements.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drives tractor trailers to deliver and pick up customer freight.
• Sorts, handles, loads, and unloads freight at various locations.
• Plans routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Follows safety, pre-trip, post-trip, and billing procedures.
• Conducts inspections and maintains load-related paperwork.
• Serves as the first point-of-contact for delivery-related issues.
