REIC Rentals LLC in Evans, CO is seeking a local-route CDL A driver to haul heavy equipment on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will ensure the operator is familiar with delivered equipment, perform loading/unloading, and maintain daily/weekly inspections to keep gear in top condition.

Responsibilities include safe operations, documenting inspections, and reporting any mechanical or safety issues. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and solid communication with customers and team members.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience preferred.
• Experience with winter conditions and construction industry preferred.

Are you a Class A CDL driver experienced with hauling heavy equipment with a local route and M-F schedule? If so, REIC Rentals in Evans, CO is hiring!

As a local-route driver, you will be delivering designated equipment and ensuring the operator is familiar with the delivered equipment. Our CDL drivers oversee the safe loading/unloading of equipment and record/report the working condition of delivered and retrieved equipment, ensure the truck is clean and has current daily and weekly inspections, and monitor and schedule annual and DOT inspections as required.

A typical day may include:

• Ensuring pre-trip and post-trip inspections are conducted and documented.
• Observing and reporting mechanical and safety failures.
• Maintain all required certification, inspections, and medical compliance.

Top candidates will have:

• Valid Class A CDL Driver's License is required.
• Minimum two (2) years of driving experience strongly preferred.
• Experience driving as Class A CDL in winter weather conditions and in the construction industry preferred.
• Driving record violation-free for previous three years to include no record of any of the following violations:
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance
  • Leaving the scene of an accident
  • Committing a felony with a motor vehicle
  • Reckless driving
  • Excessive speed

Physical demands

• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time and the ability to perform tasks such as walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and reaching.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds for short periods, often several times per day.

  • Sitting 80%
