Job summary

REIC Rentals in Belgrade, MT is seeking a Local Class A CDL driver to haul equipment on a local route with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will ensure safe loading/unloading, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and help maintain equipment in good working order.

The ideal candidate has a Class A CDL with manual transmission experience and a clean driving record for the last three years; construction experience is a plus. We offer benefits and a strong team culture.

REIC Rentals (Midway Rentals) is looking for a Local Class A CDL driver for our Belgrade store!

Are you a Class A CDL driver experienced with hauling heavy equipment with a local route and M-F schedule? If so, REIC Rentals in Belgrade, MT is hiring!

As a local-route driver, you will be delivering designated equipment and ensuring the operator is familiar with the delivered equipment. Our CDL drivers oversee the safe loading/unloading of equipment and record/report the working condition of delivered and retrieved equipment, ensure the truck is clean and has current daily and weekly inspections, and monitor and schedule annual and DOT inspections as required.

A typical day may include:

• Ensuring pre-trip and post-trip inspections are conducted and documented.
• Observing and reporting mechanical and safety failures.
• Maintain all required certification, inspections, and medical compliance.

Top candidates will have:

• Valid Class A CDL Driver's License is required with manual transmission experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of driving experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in construction is preferred.
• Driving record violation-free for previous three years to include no record of any of the following violations:
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance
• Leaving the scene of an accident
• Committing a felony with a motor vehicle
• Reckless driving
• Excessive speed

Physical demands

• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time and the ability to perform tasks such as walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and reaching.
