Job summary

REIC Rentals (Aim High Rentals) in Tabernash, CO is hiring a local-route Class A CDL driver. You will deliver designated equipment, ensure operators are familiar with the delivered gear, and supervise safe loading/unloading while maintaining daily and weekly inspections.

This full-time role requires a valid Class A CDL, at least two years of driving experience, and a clean driving record. Benefits include health/vision/dental, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL Driver's License is required.
• Minimum two years of driving experience strongly preferred.
• Experience driving as Class A CDL in winter weather conditions and in the construction industry preferred.
• Driving record violation-free for previous three years to include no DUI/leave scene/felonies/reckless driving/excessive speed.

Are you a Class A CDL driver experienced with hauling heavy equipment with a local route and M-F schedule? If so, REIC Rentals (Aim High Rentals) in Tabernash is hiring! As a local-route driver, you will be delivering designated equipment and ensuring the operator is familiar with the delivered equipment. Our CDL drivers oversee the safe loading/unloading of equipment and record/report the working condition of delivered and retrieved equipment, ensure the truck is clean and has current daily and weekly inspections, and monitor and schedule annual and DOT inspections as required.

A Typical Day May Include

• Ensuring pre-trip and post-trip inspections are conducted and documented.
• Observing and reporting mechanical and safety failures.
• Maintain all required certification, inspections, and medical compliance.

Top Candidates Will Have

• Valid Class A CDL Driver's License is required.
• Minimum two (2) years of driving experience strongly preferred.
• Experience driving as Class A CDL in winter weather conditions and in the construction industry preferred.
• Driving record violation-free for previous three years to include no record of any of the following violations:
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance
  • Leaving the scene of an accident
  • Committing a felony with a motor vehicle
  • Reckless driving
  • Excessive speed

Physical demands

• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time and the ability to perform tasks such as walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and reaching.
