Harbor Steel in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a dependable Shuttle Truck Driver (Class A CDL) for a local Bowling Green–Lexington shuttle with home every night. This role offers part-time or full-time hours, with potential for additional local deliveries or warehouse work during slower shuttle periods.

You'll operate a 53-foot flatbed tractor-trailer on a dedicated route, ensure loads are tarped and secured, and uphold DOT safety standards while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with no driving restrictions.
• Ability and willingness to operate a manual-transmission vehicle.
• Safe driving record.
• Ability to tarp, untarp, and secure flatbed loads.
• Dependable, safety-focused work habits.
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 53-foot flatbed truck on the shuttle route.
• Transport steel products between Bowling Green and Lexington facilities.
• Safely tarp and untarp loads and secure them for transport.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Complete routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Identify and report mechanical or safety concerns.
• Comply with DOT requirements and company safety procedures.
• Provide professional, courteous service at pickup and delivery locations.
