Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring for a shuttle driver role handling on-site maintenance logistics and vehicle transfers for fleets. You will shuttle commercial vehicles between our maintenance shop and customers, with home every evening and a focus on safe driving and customer service.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED and a CDL-A license with 1–3 years driving experience. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and navigate routes is essential. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent
• Valid CDL-A license required and ability to obtain Driver Qualification File
• 1–3 years of CDL driving experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and maneuver heavy equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Shuttle commercial vehicles between maintenance shop and customers; home every evening
• Pick up and deliver parts from local stores to the shop
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and internal contacts
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment
• Assist with shop cleanliness and organization
• Attend management meetings when requested
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
