Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver to provide premium customer service across residential, commercial, and retail accounts in Reno, NV. The role requires operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) safely, meeting delivery schedules, and upselling products to drive growth.

Compensation is $65,000 per year with CDL Class A or B, with a schedule Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays. Benefits include health, retirement, insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement required.
• Ability to secure and maintain CDL Class B.
• Must be 21 years or older (DOT requirement).
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. and handle up to 250+ units daily.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
• Upsell additional products and services and meet monthly acquisition goals.
• Maintain delivery information on all accounts including cash and receipts.
• Deliver products to the right location during scheduled day and timeframe.
• Support team and leadership with operational decisions.
