Job summary

Primo Brands in Louisville, KY is seeking a Flex FT Route Service Delivery Driver to provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail accounts, upsell products, and manage account information while safely operating a CMV. This full-time role starts between 6 am and 7 am, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Compensation is $61,160 per year plus weekly tips. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance, with a one-time $250 weekly bonus after

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.
• Strong service-oriented, face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
• Willing to work 45+ hours weekly with variable start/end times.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and follow DOT documentation daily.
• Deliver products to customers at scheduled times and locations.
• Upsell additional products and services to existing customers.
• Maintain delivery information including cash and receipts.
• Support team decisions and assist others when needed.
• Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services adhering to quality process.
