Job summary

Primo Brands in Winchester, VA seeks a Relief Route Service Delivery Driver to serve residential, commercial, and retail customers with premium service. Must safely operate a CMV and adhere to DOT requirements while traveling to nearby branches as needed.

Base compensation is $61,160 per year, paid weekly, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days. This role starts early and runs Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, up to 45 lbs.
• Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Must possess a clean driving record with limited violations.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Be courteous, outgoing and maintain a professional image.
• Upsell products and achieve monthly customer acquisition goals.
• Maintain delivery information on accounts and assist leadership with efficiencies.
• Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services adhering to quality processes.
