Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver in Somerset, NJ. You will deliver premium beverages to residential, commercial, and retail customers, upholding safety and great service while driving a CMV. The role includes upselling, maintaining accounts, and weekly tip-based compensation.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with potential Saturdays; start times vary 6–7 am and extend to workload. CDL-B with airbrake endorsement may be required for some positions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver premium customer service to diverse customers.
• Strong selling skills to upsell products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for field work.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Deliver products to customers within scheduled day and timeframes.
• Upsell products while meeting monthly acquisition goals.
• Maintain account information and process cash/receipts accurately.
